Filling in the accounts in systems Webmoney, Epassporte, Moneybookers, PayPal, EDram by Unistream, Bistraya Pochta, Zolotaya Korona, MoneyGram, Contact, Anelik, Lider, Migom is possible only if the sender and the addressee of transfer must be the same person. Transfers from the third parties are not accepted!!!

We register interested persons for some payment in ePassporte, and after the registration in the system the user automatically receives a virtual card VISA which in future it can be used for purchases on the Internet. Actually, virtual VISA is adhered to the concrete account user.
We register 4 types of accounts in ePassporte: Personal, Business, Commercial and Corporate. Last two types of accounts are only superstructures on Business-accounts. The Owners of Commercial-accounts can participate in the partner’s program of ePassporte system. The Personal account type possess minimal functionalities. At registration of such account, it is necessary for us the real information about the user (name, address of residency, phone, under the discretion the user decides UserID, a password, chooses the confidential answer, and also gives an e-mail). The increasing of the given limits is possible after sending the account holder’s identity documents copies to the Administration of payment system by fax. What refers to the Business type of accounts, they are strictly given to the companies from Administration of ePassporte under the certain kind of activity.
